Bagni San Filippo is the other thermal village in this area. It is almost unique in the world. It has several small natural thermal pools with hot water. They are extremely white, due to the limestone accentuated by the green of the forest.
The most famous is the Fosso Bianco pool with its impressive limestone rock called “Balena Bianca”.
Here, the water flows at about 48° C.
